Dear Headmaster Dumbledore,
I have been exceptionally good this year at school and would very much appreciate consideration for admission into Hogwarts next year for Middle School. I listen to my teacher and have learned so much this year! To prove to you how many new things I have learned I made a list for you to read.
Hold on to your magic wand Headmaster Dumbledore, here it goes...
1. I learned how to be a member of a wiki and share my thoughts and ideas with others.
2. I learned how to add and subtract fractions. This was hard for me, but I got better by practicing and asking my teacher for help.
3. I knew this next one already, but it's worth mentioning- I learned how important it is to be patient and to ask questions when I don't understand something.
4. We learned about trees in science and I learned that you can tell many things about trees by looking at the rings, which is very, very cool!
It's been an awesome year so far in school and I can't wait to see what else I learn before I head off to middle school next year! Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and consider me for your school.
